Usage:
Consume 1-3 gels per hour of intense training, depending on your duration and intensity.

VERY IMPORTANT! Freeze for at least 3 hours with the top facing up (upright position), do not freeze horizontally!

When ready to use, remove it from the freezer, cut off the top and let it thaw for 2-3 minutes before consuming. Squeeze from bottom to top.
