At TriathlonWorld.nl we strive for an effortless shopping experience, both when ordering and returning products. We understand that sometimes an item does not fully meet your expectations or that the size is not right. That is why we have set up a simple and user-friendly returns process, so that you can quickly and without hassle return your purchase. Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us, and we do everything we can to make the returns process as smooth as possible.
How can I return a product?
As a customer of TriathlonWorld.nl, you have everything in your own hands via our return portal . Does the product not meet your expectations or does it not fit as hoped? Register your return easily and quickly within 14 days of receipt. The return costs are for your own account and are automatically calculated in the return process.
What is the return period?
You have a 14-day right of return on unused and undamaged items. The return request must be reported within 14 calendar days after delivery, and the item must be returned in the original product packaging. For electronic products, a check will first take place after receipt before the refund is processed.
Can I also exchange a product?
Exchanges are possible via the return portal . You can also choose to place a new order, so that you receive the desired product faster. This way you are immediately assured of the right size or color.
I received a wrong or defective product, what now?
If you have received an incorrect, defective or incorrect product, please contact our customer service as soon as possible via info @triathlonworld .nl or call +31(0)70-7370250 . We will ensure that the problem is resolved quickly and to your satisfaction.
How quickly will I receive my money back after returning an item?
Once we have received your return, we aim to refund the purchase amount to your account within 5 working days . We will keep you informed via email once the process has been completed.
How can I return orders from Belgium and Germany?
Returns from Belgium and Germany are easily arranged. Register your return via our return portal and send your package back via your local carrier. The return costs for international shipments are at your own expense.
Right of withdrawal
Below we would like to inform you about the legal right of withdrawal. You can use this at any time, but we naturally prefer it if you use our normal return procedure which can be easily filled in online via our return portal.
In the Netherlands, the statutory right of withdrawal applies. This means that you have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days after receipt of the product without giving any reason. To withdraw from the agreement, you must inform us by means of an unambiguous statement that you wish to do so. For this purpose, you can, for example, use the withdrawal form that we send with the order confirmation. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you have informed us of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. You are on time if you return the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. The direct costs of returning the goods are at your expense.
Consequences of revocation
If you cancel the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) without delay and in any event not later than 14 days after cancellation. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
