Available: Your order will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days.

If you order before 15:00 today, it will be shipped the same day, if your order is in stock. Shipping is free for orders in the Netherlands from €50,-. We ship orders for free to Belgium, Germany, France, Austria, Italy, Portugal & Spain for orders from €100,-.

For orders with a purchase value below the above amounts, the shipping rates are as follows:

Right of withdrawal
Below we would like to inform you about the legal right of withdrawal. You can use this at any time, but we naturally prefer it if you use our normal, free return procedure which can be easily filled in online via your account!

In the Netherlands, the statutory right of withdrawal applies. This means that you have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days after receipt of the product without giving any reason. To withdraw from the agreement, you must inform us by means of an unambiguous statement that you wish to do so. For this purpose, you can, for example, use the withdrawal form that we send with the order confirmation. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you have informed us of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. You are on time if you return the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. The direct costs of returning the goods are at your expense.

Consequences of revocation
If you cancel the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) without delay and in any event not later than 14 days after cancellation. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
