It is now time for long sleeves and a slightly thicker cycling shirt with, for example, a light fleece inside. You can also wear a sleeveless windbreaker over this. A cycle vest is lightweight and easy to put away in the pocket of your cycling jersey.

Which cycling clothing at what temperature?
Choose short cycling pants, possibly supplemented with leg warmers. Furthermore, a summer shirt with long sleeves is recommended. Or just short sleeves with arm warmers of course. Under the shirt you wear an undershirt with short sleeves. These shirts not only keep you warm, but the shirts are also moisture-wicking (useful when sweating) and quick-drying. The wind breaker is also recommended.

Which cycling clothing at what temperature?
Short-short is the advice. Choose shorts and a light summer shirt. Wear a sweat shirt underneath to wick away moisture. An undershirt also provides a real layer of air that provides cooling and absorption of sweat during high temperatures. Wear a cycling shirt with a long zipper so that you can regulate the temperature by opening or closing the zipper.
If you leave just below this temperature in the morning, a wind stopper is useful. This has no sleeves, an open back and therefore does not get too warm quickly. Yet the front provides just enough warmth to break the morning chill.
